Shipping & Returns


UK ADDRESSES (including Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight)

We have a standard charge of £5.95 for all items, but we use different services for some products. Details as follow:

: All items (excluding cushions and doorstops) are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded post.

: Cushions (boxed for delivery) - sent via MyHermes courier service, delivery within 3-5 days and fully trackable during the delivery process. 

: Doorstops (boxed for delivery) - also sent via MyHermes courier service, delivery within 3-5 days and fully trackable during the delivery process. 

Please note that orders of more than 2 cushions may be sent in more than one parcel to avoid them being squashed. 


International delivery is available on most items. However, we are not able to send products which contain dried lavender to Australia owing to the import restrictions. 

Duties and/or taxes which are charged in the country you are ordering from remain the responsibility of the customer, and Pear Tree Designs will not settle these on your behalf.

Please note that Pear Tree Designs do not currently add UK VAT (sales tax).

Pear Tree Designs strive to offer a great service to all our customers. We use the most efficient postage options we can for our packages, and always obtain proof of postage for all items mailed, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for external factors that can delay a parcel – these include but are not limited to: strike or industrial action, fire, flood, acts of terrorism and delays due to adverse weather conditions.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Pear Tree Designs we can refund or exchange items provided they are returned to us:

·         in unused, perfect condition

·         in the original packaging, and

·         with all labels intact

within 7 days of receipt for UK orders and 14 days for international orders.

Please send us an email to:, letting us know that you are sending the item back to us, and stating the reason why you are returning it.

Please obtain proof of postage for the item you are returning, as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in the post.

The costs of the postage you incur in returning an item to us will be your responsibility and will only be refunded if the item is deemed to be faulty. We try to ensure that nothing is supplied to our customers that would be considered faulty; if the fault is the result of wear and tear or improper use, we will not be able to offer a refund.

We will process the refund or exchange for any goods returned as soon as possible but at the latest within 30 days of receipt. Any refunds via PayPal will be made to the account that you used when you paid for the original order. Orders paid for by cheque or postal order will be refunded accordingly.
